A Husband and Wife

I first went to Charlotte a number of years ago when my back was bad from too much desk sitting.  She helped me get back to normal with personal visits, and now I go to Feldenkrais class every week, and get down on the floor.   I’d like to work on getting up from the floor with elegance, but most importantly these classes will ensure that I can keep getting up through the years.  I’ve learned a lot about how my body works!
